How To Play
There are two options to play Holey Poley:
1. Battle Game
2. Challenge Game (Most Difficult)
Battle Game
Players
2 Players
4 Players
Each Player Tosses
2 Game Balls
2 Rope Rings
Rules
Set Tailgate Game Chairs 12 feet apart, facing each other.
Players must alternate tosses with their opponent.
All tosses must be underhand.
A player may choose the order of tossing their game balls and rope rings.
Scoring
1 Point – Seat Holey
3 Points – All Other Holeys and All Poleys
Ball in Play Rule:
A ball resting on the seat of the chair and not in a holey is still in play.
The ball may be knocked into a holey for 1 point or knocked off for 0 points.
To Win
Play to 21 points.
Before the game starts, players must agree on one scoring method:
All Tosses Score, or
Cancellation (a scoring toss cancels out the opponent’s scoring toss).
Automatic Win — HOLEY POLEY!
During your tossing turn:
If both game balls land in any holey, and
Both rope rings land on any poley,
Yell “Holey Poley!” and automatically win the game!
Challenge Game

Rules
Set Tailgate Game Chairs 12 feet apart, facing each other.
Players must alternate tosses with their opponent from the same side, after tossing 2 game balls and 2 rope rings.
All tosses must be underhand.
Players may choose the order of tossing their game balls and rope rings.
To Win — Challenge Game Option
Once you successfully score a Holey or rope a Poley, you may no longer attempt to score for that specific Holey or Poley.
There are 11 total targets:
7 Holeys
4 Poleys
To win Holey Poley (Challenge Game):
The first player or team to successfully score a game ball in every Holey and
Successfully land a rope ring on every Poley
Wins the game!
